Well her killing Sophitia was indirect, she cursed Pyrrha so Sophitia had to give up her life in order to save her when Soul Edge was shattered by Siegfried.
IF Tira hadn't pulled a bitch move Sophitia wouldn't have died
The rumor of her killing her father stems from the fact that he got mysteriously ill and died shortly after Pyrrha was kidnapped, it's just a theory that Namco hasn't commented upon.
Tira DID however straight up murder Pyrrha's fiance and frame her for the murder, that she did do.
