✦ Herring is a strong swimmer and with his high endurance he could probably make it to Marooners Rock and back with no problem but he's never tried it.

✦ Herrings trusting and non confrontational nature is one of his biggest weaknesses. He hasn't really learned how to think for himself and often takes things as they are, never questioning things that don't really seem right.

✦ Preferring to stay in human form most of the time, he has significantly lower magical ability than other Pixus. He can manage healing and levitating small things but making bigger things (like people) fly and other more complicated things are beyond him.

Curious / Prying ✦ Herring loves to ask questions about things that are new to him and he loves to pry into peoples personal business. It gets him especially excited when someone offers to teach him about something new.

Gullible / Trusting ✦ He'll believes almost anything you tell him and accept it as the truth. Because of his inexperience with the concept of lying he seldom distrusts anyone and it is extremely easy to gain his trust.

Mischievous ✦ Wake up with seaweeds in your bed? It was probably Herring. He loves to play small pranks on people just to see their hilarious reactions.

Straightforward / shameless ✦ Herring often speaks what is on his mind without inhibitions. He has no sense of shame so he'll tell you exactly what he thinks with a straight face while stripping down to jump into the ocean.

Carefree ✦ Not that he doesn't take his job seriously but watching the residents of Mermaids Lagoon isn't hard work and everyone is always having such a good time. He loves to join in any festivities that are going on or spend the day playing whatever games he can convince people to play with him.
