Whoa! This looks so cool and chaotic!! I love the fantasy, adventure feel from this art and the futuristic setting! Every detail ties in so well with each other! I love his pose and how he's pointing the triggers at the mechanical monsters and crushing their parts with them, that's awesome! I really like his detailed outfit design+style too! Especially his belt buckle that holds his pocket guns in place from the sides of his legs, like he's self-aware and a risk-taker. It makes him look even more bad ass and professional. I also like his swaying hair that's blowing in the wind, it matches his style and character. He has a cool coppery looking robotic arm that looks reliable, always cool to see on a cyborg character. 
The way the ends of his jacket is blowing midway up to his waist, it's like he's getting the job done swift and accurately. He looks fit and intellectually strong in the midst of battle, heroic as well. I feel like this character likes to show off quite a bit too. I also like how you added the light that's going to blast from the front gun and the already used, faint smoke, steaming from the other gun, good perception. It seems this part of the area/city has been invaded or going to be in deeper ruin seeing from the fiery smoke on the background. Those robots are just asking to be crushed. Amazing and impressive art work! Very well executed!
