This took about two weeks longer than I expected, and I'm still not wholly satisfied with the results. I know I will get comments from people telling me the lighting's off, etc., but please know that I honestly tried on the lighting, and it's the first time I've attempted something like that.'Yoshi's Delivery Service' I bought Kiki's DS and Spirited Away a couple weeks back, and was prompted to draw this after watching Kiki's...I've got plans for a Spirited Away picture, too, but I've got more important pieces (such as Chii-chan's trade) to do. Please forgive the lack of updates. I'm not dead, I've got a month left of school, I'm getting a lot of homework, and I'm determined to get A's in all my (Honors) classes.

This came out pretty cool with that background! The perspective is a little off with her tail and feet, but I doubt I would ever be able to pull this off. o.o Maybe if you showed a bit more of her leg it would make more sense.

Very adorable, I love the dark tones and the ample shading. It kinda gives it a mysterious and enticing look, not to mention the soft glowing around her that makes it seem like she has an innocent magick to her. Lovely job.

i missed teh beginngin of that movie. they played it on disney channel a long time ago and i fell in love with it.
the ligthing is NOT off, even tough my typing is. im lazy. go figure.
the tail confuses mee... is it on teh side? O_O *blniks* maybe its my gunky contacts..

Havent seen the movie, but anyway, LOVE the shading in the pic, and the BG is nicely done too.
Dunno why, but from my point-of-view, her tail looks outta place, but I guess it could be that the shading is confusing me in its position...
