Is your pic a Photoshop PSD file that was done in layers? If so to create a transparent image you can delete the background layer(s) until you see that checkered transparent background in the back. Then save it as a GIF file (I think a JPEG format will tend to fill in the background for you whereas a GIF doesn't) and you should be able to post a transparent image. Not sure how to do it on other programs but hope that helps
