I'm finally finishing all of the stuff that was delayed due to my illness, and this is the last one~ I finished all commissions too so I feel happy >W<

I'm on a bit of a break due to school but I will continue to draw~ I'm also going to start making adopts again because I realized I had forgotten how fun it was ;v; ~!

Payment:

For Paypal, I would appreciate it if you select the "Sending Money to Family or Friends" option, but it is not necessary. Payment sent with the "goods and services option" to my account is held by Paypal for 21 days before I receive it so you you do send money by this option, you will be agreeing that the rights of use of adoptable will be permanently revoked if you cancel the sent payment before I receive it. This will also apply if you use paypal to retract your money for the adoptable at any time, regardless of how you sent the payment. I do not offer refunds for adoptables.

For points, please use a premium content widget (usually on my profile or on deviation page), Do NOT send points to me directly or they will be sent back and the transaction will be voided. However, no worries if you sent it incorrectly, I will always return the points to you and hold the adoptable so you may purchase it by premium content. Please ensure I have confirmed your request to purchase before sending points as points sent through premium platforms cannot be returned in full due to Deviantart taking a cut of the profit.

You must send the payment within 24 hours of me confirming your purchase. I do not hold adoptables and I will consider no response after 24 hours as no longer interested in purchasing and the adoptable will be re-opened without warning.

TERMS OF USE
If you purchase an adoptable, you have the rights of use and will have sole ownership of the design. However, I retain copyright of the design itself and you may not claim credit for it. Modifications are permitted but I must always be credited for the original. Re-selling of adoptables are not permitted (with some exceptions). Basically, what you are purchasing is the right of use and ownership of the adoptable, not the credit for the creation of the adoptable.

In short,

You are the owner of the adoptable and have the rights of use to the design, you do not have copyright to the adoptable design.
I am the owner of the copyright of the adoptable design.

-DO NOT RE-UPLOAD MY ARTWORK. You can use the artwork anywhere, but do NOT reupload to ANY site or PUBLIC file-sharing site (e.g tumblr, photobucket..etc.) without my permission.
-I do not issue refunds on adoptables and reselling/transferring is not permitted without my permission. You may not resell for a price higher than the original price
-After I confirm your purchase, you will have 24 hours to send me the payment; if I do not receive a response after then, the adopt will be re-opened or given to the next highest bidder (if applicable).
