this is what now is refered to as "the big f*cking hole" took about 4 hours to create. It had about a 3ft. diameter and was about 3feet deep. At Pismo Beach, dug by SleepyLlama, whom you see in the hole, myself, and briefly by Bedsidespider...because we are extremely proud of our ghoastly pale complections 2 umbrellas and the hole protected us from the sun.Related content

4th of July?
That's what I usually do on the 4th at Pismo. Dig a big bunker to protect us from the random fireworks on the beach that don't go off as expected. My record hole was 5'x6'x3.5'...dug with a Frisbee and dustpan.
