Any idea why Rooks from Arcana, aka Card Master: The Seal Of Rimsalia, is being left in the past?

It is very obscure!
You can check it out via YouTube.
There is also a Splash Screen poster that requested/suggested.
Are you familiar with Elemental-Aura?

I meant that Elemental-Aura made it on my behalf.

About 50 minutes left until the final reveal.

A question relating to Super Smash Bros. Delta:
The most famous Spore creations actually were created before the game was even released! They consist of:
1. Willosaur (A tripedal creature with a scorpion-like tail that is considered Spore's unofficial mascot)
2. Tamaranian Hopper (A small, monopedal herbivore that lives in groups, and is hunted by the Willosaur)
3. Splodey (An insect-like creature with mantis-like arms also known as "Tick" that is the natural predator of the Willosaur)
4. William's Snorter (A creature with 2 mouths, 6 arms, and a long snout, created by Robin Williams, hence the name)
5. Debug Squid (The first ever Spore creature. It is named for it's squid-like appearance, and when viewed from a bird's eye view, its tentacles resemble the Spore logo)
How will you incorporate those creatures into your Smash Bros. fan-game? (You might have to go to SporeWiki to see what they look like)

(ok)
for my idea on that would be similar to the customization from Sm4sh except you can keep them instead of selling them

one character that i really want in Smash Bros 5 is Hat Kid from A Hat in Time, she would use her umbrella and hat badge powers, with her final smash involving time manipulation and making certain parts of the stage to disappear from the timeline.
however it seems unlikely because A Hat in Time is relatively unknown in Japan, is Masahiro Sakurai even aware of that game?, it doesn't even have translated text and japanese dubbed voices, plus A Hat in Time will not come to the Switch.

if not, then maybe the E3 2018 in June, just two months away.

I'm not seeing how they could make Raichu different from Pikachu in a way that would actually make him better than Pikachu. Because having Raichu in Smash and then having him be worse than Pikachu in any way that mattered would defeat the point, but we all know they'd go the "slower but stronger" route that has never been good in any fighting game ever, Smash included. Alolan Raichu I could maybe see, being turned into a more zoning-oriented fighter with relatively few mechanical similarities. (It also helps to advertise the latest generation in the way Smash always does)
The Hyrule Warriors interpretations might actually fall under Geno Syndrome, where Nintendo can't use them without the permission of the company that actually created them, and vice versa. Not sure.
Well, obviously if Fox and his second in command are in the game, and then you add Wolf, then you have to add Wolf's second in command too. That's just logic. (Incidentally, people usually ask for Krystal on the basis that she'd have a completely different moveset than the other space animals, rather than the semi-clone status of Falco and Wolf)
Drawn to Life? Sorry kiddo, but realistically we'd be looking at whatshisname from Scribblenauts. You know, the guy with the rooster hat. I don't even remember his name at the moment even though I've played the game, but I thought he'd be kinda cool. Maxwell, that was it. I remembered because I was remembering the moveset idea for him I had where every one of his moves had several variations with different objects (think Peach's side smash, only everything he does is like that) and the strongest variation of his side smash would be a silver hammer because The Beatles that's why.
The Primid? I mean... Several of the Subspace Emissary enemies popped up in Smash Run, so it's not totally stupid. Maybe he could even draw moves from other Shadow Bug based enemies, kind of like how Gooey does Dark Matter things in Kirby Star Allies in place of doing anything he did in his previous playable appearances.
Crash? Sure? I mean, really, you need to have him and Spyro or you're just not making sense. The pre-reboot Spyro actually did have several games on the Game Boy Advance, so we could even pretend Cynder was never a thing.
The trouble with Fossil Fighters is that a) they'd realistically have to go the PokΓ©mon Trainer route which didn't work very well last time and b) Yo-kai Watch is about a bazillion times more relevant at the moment so it gets first dibs.
Bomberman? Hell yes, although you have strange ideas about how Smash is supposed to work. Sure, give him punches and kicks because if Mario can get a move based on hitting blocks from under that now works on opponents, then it isn't fair to deprive Bomberman of similar alterations, but a Bomberman who isn't using bombs should be like an Olimar that isn't using Pikmin: technically possible but obviously insane.
Lloyd as a Mii was actually really dumb because he couldn't actually use both his swords. Seriously, that was a clear case of them not giving a damn. They need to make up for that with a moveset that actually does him justice.
Kamek? Yeah, and maybe a second Wario representative while we're at it, to go along with the DKs.
On the Honorable Mentions:
Black Shadow can be the slower but stronger Captain Falcon so that Ganondorf doesn't have to be. Really, the best explanation I can find is that Ganondorf's moveset is phoned-in from an in-universe standpoint; there's just nothing to be gained from Smash that Ganondorf actually cares about.
Generic Member of (Insert Race Here) is something I'd prefer to leave out of the playable Smash roster. I give the PokΓ©mon a pass because they're clearly drawing from the Anime for basically everything from that franchise except for Brawl's PokΓ©mon Trainer.
Sadly, I don't think Snake will happen because all of Konami has had their brains replaced with Pachinko balls. Such a shame that the only quality product they have left is Yugioh. (Shut up, it's several orders of magnitude better than anything else they've made since Revengeance, and they're only responsible for the card game rather than the anime that most criticism is leveled against anyway)
