One of a series of artworks in my Disney Stars series of female protagonists from Disney movies who are all barefoot, as drawn by J8d .

Taken from the Pastoral Symphony segment of Fantasia, this centaurette's name is confirmed as Melinda on the Disney Wikia, so I decided it would be better to use that here rather than simply calling her The Centaurette. Melinda is a shy young female centaur who feels lonely and left out as her more mature friends find companionship with young male centaur studs, until she finds her dream partner and discovers the joys of being the Centaur of Attention at last. (Ducks thrown fruit)

I have no more really to add to that, I just wanted to reach that pun at the end. xD

The animated segment is based loosely around some of Ancient Greek mythology, while the Pastoral Symphony was composed by Ludwig van Beethoven. I suppose Melinda the blue-skinned Centaurette is certainly an original creation of Walt Disney at least. xD
