Description "What am I gonna bust first? A move or a button?"

Harris is a cocky, over-confident party-animal. He loves to dance, and joke around -- and to eat. While he can be tiresome if you've just been acquainted, he can really be quite charming and sweet once you get to know him.

Trying out some effects here, I knew when I wanted to draw this it was gonna be a new character, but eh ¯\_(-u-)_/¯  who needs to complain when you've got cute fatties.

So much, YES. 
Harris actively gains weight, and he loves showing it off to people in as many routine ways as possible. Tight clothes, and tight spaces are his weapons Although dancing his where he likes to "display" himself to people--he gets pleasure from the attention, and usually is very relaxed about the consequences. 
If he wears a tight-buttoned shirt on the dance floor: He's doing it on purpose -u.
