Been noticing for a while. EVERYTHING is about Leon and Ada, and nothing bad EVER happens to them. I'm so sick and tired of those two.

Queen-Nemesis, I TOTALLY agree with you. This problem has a name: Kobayashi. Re is the main productor of RE4 and RE. We had Jun Takeuchi for RE5 and Kawata for RE Revelations.
Kobayashi loves Leon, we realize that by his games. He was the one who said in an interview that Jill and Chris are just partners, but Leon and Ada are a couple and he totally tried to ruin Chris in RE6.
Buuut, in an interview, Takeuchi said that if they were real and you asked Chris about Jill, he would say : "Well, we're partners, you know?" but you would know they have feelings for each other.
So, for me it is clearly obvious Kobayashi tried to destroy the relatioship Mikami was developing for Chris and Jill (since he is the first creator) and he wants to get more focus for Leon by destroying Chris.
I sent Capcom an email begging them to stop this guy, I prefer to see Chris and Jill retired than destroyed. I am really glad RE6 got bad reviews, maybe they can finally see what is the problem. Let's hope, there is no other option

I remember all of that, too. Before Mikami left, I remember they were going to kill off Leon at least 3 times before the current RE4 came along ( don't get me wrong, Leon is cool...but he's so damn overrated because of that game ). Also another point is that they wanted to kill off Chris in RE6...before that, that wasn't even a conceivable thought! And in the early early concept of RE5, Jill was actually going to die by a Tyrant if I remember correctly. But, nope.....nothing would ever happen to precious Leon and Ada. I think they just like to see Jill and Chris suffer, instead of just killing them off now. Something else that really pisses me off is in RE6, they had Chris just STAND THERE and stare as Finn and them transformed, like he's never seen that before. This is CHRIS REDFIELD. He's NOT going to just stand there and not do anything! They're just making him seem more and more like an idiot and that isn't right.
Excuse me, but FUCK Kobayashi. I really wish he'd stop with this cat and moue game,too... shit is old as hell now.
But back to Revelations, you could totally tell those two have something going on in that game. Not like you couldn't ever before....but that game was all about them finding each other. Plus in RE5, I remember they said Chris would look at her picture like a lover would.

I also hope Leon fans dont get me wrong. I like him, but theres no way we can compare. RE only exists because of Wesker and Chris and Jill will ALWAYS be the first one fighting this. So this idiot Kobayashi should have respected them or maybe forgotten as in RE4.
We see clearly by the holding hands at the ending scene on the original RE the plans Mikami had for Jill and Chris. It really makes me sad he left. But anyway, as you said, we have many hints and specially revelations to tell us something really happens backstage *--*

Mostly it's because RE5/RE6 Chris' Campaign was full-blown shooter while RE4/RE6 Leon's Campaign was considered "horror"(we all know that's bullshit though...). Plus Leon's been hogging all the limelight with the two CGI films he's starred in, so I take he pretty much the series poster boy for Capcom. Which probably stems from a lot of fans considering RE2 to be the best in the series...

Truth. Plus Capcom milks the crap out of RE4, which starred both Leon and Ada. Plus the fact that many fans started with that game ( I feel bad for them ). Therefore they are plot-armoured forever.
