Like the pain effect reminds me a bit of graffiti style stuff you should look into it and fuse it with your realistic style would look really good.

There is no way art programs can beat the real thing. Thank goodness someone still does traditional painting! I can smell the paints just by looking at this picture.

It's people like you that motivate me to paint. Question: When using oils, do you do anything to the canvas beforehand? Such as coat it with a layer of Linseed Oil to lighten it? I'm new to this, so pardon if that sounds crazy.

The palms because of the shading seem a little flat, try adding in some light to give it form. The arms are a bit too curvy in my opinion, you need to define the muscle more. I absolutely adore the way you did the fingers and the paint tubes. The dripping paint on the arm is fantastic, great work!
