They are all fine and well. They are among the most secretive organisations in the Imperium that's why nobody really knows much or even anything about them. Upon Guilliman's return they once again stood side by side with the Custodes to help him fight Magnus and his Rubric Marines when they ambushed him on the moon. This is a very recent event.Β

Apparently they were mistrusted by the modern Imperium for some reason (possibly because of their Blank-ness) and left to self-imposed exile. They survived until the era of "the Beheading". The rest is spoiler from "The Beast Arises series".
