It's called constrictive criticism. I have suggested doing something that would result in higher quality, as shown by the example I gave. – But in the end it's up to the artist, but I wanted to at least get the information out there.

Yana did know this information; and most artists do seem to know. But I don't write this randomly. I did it this time because this digital art was uploaded as jpg - that's why.
I have told other artists to move over to .png, and most have done so, giving nicer and sharper images.
(And Yana is using .png too, but only for the person who commissioned the image).
