Well, the shading around his elbow is a little dark, it makes it look like it's thicker than it should be, or that it's falling off of his bones.

Its cute. I like your use of line because it really strengthens the shapes and makes them more edgy (masculine) rather than rounded (femenine)
I really adore the saturated shading, too. I really love the shading on the black and the sunglasses are SUCH a nicetouch. I really like the texture of the feathers on his head! My only crit is that I don't like the skintone >>; its really looks eyedropped off a HTK piece ><;
