photoshop colour blur blur blur xD...yours seem more real and professional it doesnt matter if you cant

I rarely use blur, hahaha.
I draw the outline in paintool sai (pen tool in paintool sai would be useful to make a clean outline, because you can edit the line later)
for the color i used pen tool in photoshop to shape the base colors, and make different layer for each base color. then lock transparent pixel on the layer before adding details like folds. that's it.
