Like I said in my comment, this style is good... it brings out the "ninja" in Sub-Zero. The proportions could be a little better, though... unless that was the intent. For the most part, the shading is really good, try to use directional light a little better... more notably on his shin guards, the style of the shadow is the exact same way, however, the legs are positioned completely different... try to compensate with that in your next work.
