Description As Man Knowledge Increased, He Created Machines Of Vast Intelligence And Power To Serve His Needs In Every Aspect Of Daily Life.

More And More Man Came To Depend On His Computerized Robotic Creation And In The End Empowered His Machines with Human Aptitude And The Directive To Serve Man.

But Humans Forgot One Important Factor In Their Never Ending Quest Of Creating The Ultimate Machine.

In Making Machines Like Themselves And Imbuing Them With Self Awarness The Machines Came To Realize They Did Not Need Man, And That Serving The Lazy Was Not A Goal That Realized Achievment And Self Forefillment.

So Came The Day When The Machines Gathered Themselves Together Taking To The Stars To Find Their Own Destiny; Leaving Their Human Creators Behind, Who Had Become So Dependent On Their Machines That They Were Now Useless Entities Unable To Care For themselves.

In A Remote Part Of The Galaxy The Machines Of Man Settled And Created Fractilus City.

The First Wonder Of The Known Galaxy And The Dawn Of A New Era.

Fractilus City Is A 24 Fractal Element Fractal Art Composition Created With The Fractal Generator Fractron 9000 and The Image Editor Photoshop Elements.

This looks really, really awesome. Seriously the darkness of the city and the shady atmosphere is great.

Thanks Alex, The City Is One Fractal Element That I Replicated Dozens Of Times Flipped And Inverted And Aligned.

The Contrasting Is A Function Of The Screen Properties And For The Center Structure A Slight Modification Of The Hue And Saturation.

For The Atmosphere I Used The Same Approach, In Which I Took A Fractal Cloud Looking Element Replicated And Rearranged Each Piece So That It Appears As A Continuous Fractal.

Then I Altered The Hue And Saturation Applied Some Blur Effects And Added Some Nebula Looking Fractals (Which I Replicated Several Times) For A More Interesting Backdrop.

That's one very interesting process. I've never worked with fractals myself, but I am quite astonished by the results they produce.

If One Takes The Time And Effort, The Results Can Sometimes Be Quite Amazing.

It looks absolutely stunning, but because of the small size and the DA watermark, it's totally spoiled... Too bad.

Thanks Sasha,

Because People Were Taking My Work For There Own Use I Took Drastic Measures Here On DA.

If You Want To See A Much Larger Image Visit My FAA Account Here: [link]

I watched it on your account, and it's really beautiful like all your other works.
So this is really too bad not to expose it in a better way on DA. Of course I understand your point.

xzendor7 In reply to Pryate [2012-05-08 23:19:38 +0000 UTC]

If DA Would Implement A System Similar To FAA Or Zazzle When It Comes To Display Images It Would Be Better.

Then Again If The Other Sites Were More Social Like DA They Would Also Be Much Better In Communicating With Fellow Members.

Thank You Grace,

I Was Trying To Finish This For Some Months When I Decided To Combine It With Another Unfinished Work And Add Some Additional Fractal Elements To Merge Everything Into Once Cohesive Image.

So Far It's My Best 2D Looking Tech Fractal Fantasy Image.

So Would I - Who Knows Maybe In The Next 50 To 100 Years When We Stopping Wasting Resources Killing Ourselves And Start Devoting Our Energies And Talents To More Productive Uses We May Achieve It.
