I have a question for you guys. Do you think a somewhat sketchy style is okay for a manga? Every page takes me several hours, and I'm thinking of drawing a little less "clean" to get my manga going a bit faster...Program Used: Sai

I adore that color you used for her hair. Definitely one of my favorite colors. Her outfit is so cute. I think this style is good if you are comfortable with it!

I think a sketchy style for a manga is defiantly necessary! It looks just as good as if you were to make it super clean.
I know what you mean about making cleaner lines. It does take a lot more time. [remember that fan IchigoXRukia manga we did a LOOOOOOOOOONNNNGGGG time ago? I think my lines were a bit
sketchy. *sucked at tablet back then* lol ] But yeah! defiantly! and if you ever end up changing your mind, you can always switch back to clean lines.
As for the drawing right here, I'm going to have to agree with Damian. I love the colors of Kanako and her expression is sad yet lovely. <3
She has a cute necklace and I love the whole "summer" theme this character in particular portrays. [because she has sun powers correct? ]
Makes me want to draw her. :> Usually you've always stuck to Red/White/Pink/Purple color schemes, it's really nice to see your characters/art work in brighter colors as these.

even with the sad theme this is rather beautiful. I love the way you draw Kanako and the use of colors *fanboy* very nice. the sketchy-ness would look really kool.. especially for the fight scenes :3
