So these were just my very first reactions to the Infestation missions on Warframe.I've been playing Warframe for a while now, but Ancients scared the piss out of me, so I did more running away (and hiding on large cargo crates) than actually shooting at them. chose the Volt Warframe, and I picked out Excalibur even during playtime together with infestation missions we ran like pussies from the Ancients and hid on the cargo just to shoot them.
A lot of nopes ensued. I'll try drawing something more serious next time..

I use a vectis with +60% fire and electricity damage, and 1m punch through, with a +20% fire rate, ancient infested don't scare me, it's the fucking railgun moas that I hate, nothing hurts them, 'cept for my gold sword of rads. or my rad pistols, I like rad damage.

I have sensed "necromorph" (where my IGN came from) when I played the derelict assassination (Lephantis and his arena, reminds me of the necromorphs)

Yeah, at first encounters with the Infested Ancients they were tough to kill but as you got better gear and weapons they were pretty easy to take down. They're still annoying as ever though (especially the Disruptors).

She doesn't play Warframe as often as I do, so she kind of lacks the experience of crowd control as I do. Even though Excalibur's not so great for crowd control. I think it's also because when we play around together we end up being total goofballs, and not take the game as seriously as we should.

I can completely relate. The first time I fought infested I was playing as Volt and the sounds scared me, the patches of infection on the floor and walls grossed me out, and the enemies themselves made me run like a bitch.

Yeah, the Chargers especially made me run around like a sissy girl trying not to die.
Then it was the Ancients that got me, and they still scare the piss out of me to this day.

I still run around like a wuss but I do it in a "tactical" manner. Seeing several ancients at one time still cause the "oh shit" reaction.

I kind of yell a "Ooooh", and instantly go the other direction. If I wasn't being chased I go back and shoot a couple arrows into their ugly mug. Seeing more than one start coming after me makes me freak out like no other.
