Pretty, might consider removing the veins from the eyeball since that's a little too much realism for the rest of the manip.

Awesome colors! This really jumped out at me. My only complaint is that the dots look a little fake. I think it's because they're fuzzy around the edges. Try cleaning them up a little in photoshop

Interesting, the light doesn't seem to be right around your added elements (the dots/bumps at the edge of the eyes. The tissue at the tear ducts near the corner of the eyes seems to jar with the overall green flesh tone, though I don't know if you missed that or if it is intentional. The reflections on the eye itself work very well, but the pupil itself seems lopsided. This may be a feature, but it's kind of awkward. Otherwise, the overall lighting seems good, and the changes are blended in quite well.

Greeeen! Nicely done, it does just make me thing of the Hulk but I like the idea, I especially like the lil red bit of eyeliner that just compliments the crazy iris effect really well. I can't say I love it, but its funky and fun

I love the color green! It's the same as my room. The only thing that doesn't really work for me is the bloodshot in the eye, but only because looking at that makes my eyes water haha
