Since you're going to judge someone like that on something so small and bring up your F A N T A S T I C (please note the sarcasm) costume in defense of your actions, let's see what sort-of critique I can give on it.
Your Moxxi costume leaves a lot of room for improvement. If you didn't make it yourself like most self-centered brats on the internet did then I can totally understand. You were too lazy or busy lounging around in your palace on pretentious mountain to care much what sort-of work went into it. That's cool. Next time, I wouldn't pay so much. If you did it yourself, I'd look up a few tutorials before trying to make something else.
But if you made it yourself? Lol. I'm not commenting to be a dick or anything, but I'm working on a Moxxi costume and let me just say, there's a lot of things I would have changed about yours.
Where to start...
First of all, the makeup is wrong. That's one of THE most basic things you can do on a costume. Were you too distracted by the burden of your own ego that you forgot, or did you just figure makeup would cover up how ~*~BEAUTIFUL~*~ you seem to think you are? You put red clown dots on your cheeks. You didn't even put on lipstick. LIPSTICK. You seem girly enough to at least know what that is. Let me bring up an example of her makeup. [link] Not similar in the slightest.
Second of all, the hat isn't even a top hat. It's not even CLOSE to being a top hat. [link] Compare and contrast, dollface. Where are the feathers? Playing card? This is the level of laziness reserved for children that walk around their local mall in cosplays drinking Ramune they imported with their lunch money they saved for a week. The hat is frumpy and boring.
Let's move on.
Thirdly, your hair is wrong. If you're going to spend the money to make a mediocre costume you can splurge a little bit on a wig that actually portrays the character accurately. You appear to have that whole scene girl thing going on, so I know how hard it must be not shoving your unique styling techniques in everyone's faces.
The costume itself is just terrible. It's not fitted, firstly. I mean, I can see you have the body of a twelve year old boy, but there are THINGS you can do to create the illusion of having a decent pair of tits. You, however, seem content with letting the thing hang off you like a hot-topic sweatshirt rather than actually make it fit to your body like the character actually wears it. And speaking of colour blind, who shopped for the buttons on that thing? PlaySkool? Fisher Price? They look like they belong on a two year old's teddy bear rather than on a costume for Mad Moxxi.
And since you cropped it, I'd wager to say the bottom half of your costume isn't even correct at all.
For someone whose listed their name on deviantART as 'wants to be noticed', you're sure doing a great job of making sure it's for being a gigantic cunt rather than actually being talented.

I wasn't gonna, because I did want everyone to see it. She needs to be put in her place; she had no business acting like she did. Okay, she can point out a flaw that maybe it looks green on her monitor. No harm there, right? But not only shooting everyone down that says otherwise - she attacks them AND you for drawing a (great) picture.
Just because she throws together a piece of shit costume of a character from a game I can bet 100 dollars on she's NEVER played before in her life, does NOT mean she's the authority on the character.
