Finally!
This manip took me a bit long but i'm pretty satisfied with it
.The water dripping down represents that the patience is limited. (in German we say: "Du bringst das Glas zum ΓΌberlaufen!" and it means "You get the water to spill out of the glass." (sorry for the bad traduction). It means someone is no longer able to wait.
Thanks for everyone here on dA who helped me improve my skills! It means so much to me to be among all the amazing artists here!

Ich mag deine Ideen und EntwΓΌrfe.
Mein einziger Mangelpunkt ist, dass man noch zu sehr sieht, dass du es aus so vielen verschiedenen Bildern gemacht hast.
