Hello ,
first of all nice work on this piece. A couple of things to to note about this work is that the balance between background and artwork should be similar.There is light coming from the back hitting his back as you can see by the white spot on the shoulders , so would be nice if you added some sort of backround that reflects why that is. Since this is a straight pose facing the camera the character should be in the middle of the screen.This character looks scary , i like that.Try making a nude version of him first with the muscles intact and add the layer of clothing on top of that , it will give you an awesome effect.
