Yeah I'm just sorting those out :L For some reason it bloody hard to find them on photoshop but Deviantart highlights them brillaintly for me XD

Do you pixel on a white background? Is usually better to do so on a more neutral background color like a really low-saturated green/gray because of the way colors look on monitors (like how brighter colors can overpower darker ones making it hard to see the differences between similar darker shades). Those random white pixels would probably be easier to spot.

ah then that's likely to make those stray pixels even harder to find. I only ever set the transparency on at the end when I'm ready to post it somewhere. It's a pain in the butt otherwise.
