I'm in a very good mood, got motivated and finally finished the first part. The second part's gonna take some time to finish because soon I'll have exams.

Anyway, here's an explanation for those who don't understand what's this. America goes to the conference room where the world meeting will be held and he sees a group of nations standing outside the room, where they were supposed to be. He asks what's going on and a raged France says that Greece is in the room with his pet. America storms in to see the cat and for some reason he's utterly shocked.
