Love the concept and the coloring. The hair doesn't look very flowy, though; it kind of seems as though it is stiff because a hairdresser shaped it that way with a bunch of hair products. The face is beautifully drawn, and your lines are very precise, which is great. However, if you were less precise when drawing the hair, and didn't outline every strand, it would look more natural. Hair underwater looks very similar to hair that's being blown by the wind in all directions
