Before I start making anything with this, I would like to ask if it's alright if we change the facial expressions on the free to use part. For example, say I want to make a super BA character who thinks he's all tuff and stuff so he would have a more angry-like facial expression, would I be allowed to change up the mouths expression or would I have to buy the pack to do that?

That's exactly right. The free base is what you see on the left. If you download it, that's what you will receive in the .psd file. However, if you'd like to change the arms, ears, and mouth you would have to purchase the pack.
