I don't have a whole lot of OC characters, but here's a picture I did of one of them.I've wanted to draw her for a long time, but I haven't really had the time to sit down and do it until now.

This is very nice!
What I like about this piece is the overall detail in not only the character herself, but in the bushes and the sky. I also like the drawing style, how her character design is smooth and simple, yet powerful in a sense. Not only that, but the drawing style itself actually attracts people to it from the search pages, due to it seeming different in a way from other artists. I also like the detail and design of the mane and tail.
I also like the expression on her face as if she was in a state of complete glee and happiness.
And finally, the last thing that I want to say about this is that the way that you set up the drawing, where the image does not appear as a simple rectangular image, but rather as a smooth and attractive circle, which is one thing you don't see here often in drawings. This also sets it apart from other artists.

One thing I probably should mention:
You probably should allow people to download these works or have prints available. I can hardly imagine that a lot of people will want to use this as a background for their PC in the near future.
And also, yes, I do realize that people can steal your work if you make it available for download (Which is free), but you can issue a DMCA takedown request should you or anybody else find out that your art has been stolen. That, or the community will obliterate the user first before you get there, trust me, people will try to protect you and your art on this site, or at least I hope.

As far as the download of the art goes... I don't put the stuff up for download mostly because I do a lot of work for welovefine, and when I do a piece, they own it, not me, so I don't really have the right to put it up for download. I tend to just do it for my personal stuff too, because I've had things stolen and it really really sucks. :/

yeah, since welovefine is a business, once I get paid, I am legally not allowed to make any more money off of the art... but I am allowed to put it up here to promote it, etc.
Also, I really don't get art theft... I would never steal the art of someone else!

I know. There are just some people who do. And what usually happens to these people is that the community, once they found out he/she stole something, they utterly obliterate them, at least from what I saw once.
