Well, just drawing the lips doesn't take long mostly. Just minutes or even seconds. The better you know how you want them from the start the easier and quicker it goes. Coloring them can take some more minutes, of course. Depends on how you wanna light them and how much details you wanna put into the lighting. I'm very happy you like them

Cool!! You might want to add more levels to your tones. Example black, light black, dark grey, grey,light gray, dark white, white. I hope that makes sense. And add alot of white highlights. Also reflective light might help.
