Hahaha, I'm so edgy. *shot*Not. I'm brain-dead, actually.
So behold the revamp of a never-before-seen charrie. Blitz is the (hopefully) final redesign on a "superhero" style character. This particular version is styled for Teen Titans (the show, not the comics).
She does have a comics-style version, but I haven't finished working on it just yet.
Powers are based in electricity, as if her name wasn't a clue. xD
