I did this one reluctantly. I really don't like Espeon. But I promised you guys I'd do all the Eeveelutions. Made in GIMP. Rules:1. Credit me

for some reason this is not working, its messing up the colors when i put blue its gray IDK why

What type of file are you saving it as? I think it is because you are saving it a a jpg, don't if you are. Save it as a png, pngs are better.
