Likes:pomegranates and pineapples and all things flavored like them ( in fact, he's notorious for pomegranate candy ) - daily tea - the smell of the ocean, and swimming in it - fishing, which he's quite good at - drinking and general festivitiesDislikes:lightning magic ( it's what destroyed their ship and sent him drifting off into the open ocean, and he's developed some trauma ) - the dreaded paper fan - people calling his awesome sword a 'pole' PAYA

ανάσα φωτιά: KATON GOKAKYU NO JUTSUUU--He activates the household item on his tongue ( tongue piercing ), and is then able to breath fire. The range and intensity of this fire varies widely. Each blast lasts only as long as he can exhale a breath. It's not an extremely difficult magic for him to manage, and he can keep this household item activated for quite a long time. But sometimes, it leaves him with burns on his face.

ωκεανό τέρας: The strange skull necklace is his third household item - a 'cursed' pirate charm. For reference, he usually keeps this necklace out of sight ( in a pocket, or in the sashes at his waist ) because it's important to him.
When activated, any water nearby quickly begins to boil. Said water begins to condense into a physical shape and take the form of a sea serpent, with the head strongly resembling the small skull. Dion will fall into a trance to control the boiling serpent. This leaves his body defenseless - and should the skull be taken from his hands, the spell will cease. As this is really a last-resort move, he usually finds himself exhausted and quite feverish for a few days afterwards.

Biography: - Dion was born on a ship at sea, somewhere off the coast of Balbadd. The crew cheered for the Captain's new baby boy, and drank and sang all night. They were pirates - a common form of riff raff in the parts of the sea that were less infested by monsters. It was an exciting life - and he grew up with many a bad habit, and excellent swordplay and wit.
- But on his fourteenth year, they were finally caught by a pursuit ship, and their boat was crushed by a magician's spell. Dion was washed ashore in Algora, and the rest of the crew had surely been killed. His body was found and taken to a local doctor's home for recovery.
- Dion had a strong desire to leave, at first. Being a young boy, he still had a taste for adventure. But he soon found himself falling in love with Algora as he grew through his later teens - for it was beautiful, and the people there were kind; his fondness for it nearly matched his affection for the ocean. He hoped to never leave it's shores, and devoted all his attentions to his studies, hoping to help protect and serve the isle. His teachers found that he was clever, but his major talents still belonged to the sea - and it inevitably led him to a promising boat-building apprenticeship near the capital.
- However, instead of joining the small business he was apprenticed to, he went straight to the palace and began new studies there - intent on joining the ranks of Algora's most important men.
Misc.- His sword comes in three parts. The twin blades, and the sheath - which the end of the blades can be hooked into, to create a double-sided sword of sorts. His swordplay is very good, and he's known for being light on his feet.
- Although Dion is ignorant to this fact, there is a fraction of the ship's crew that survived, including his father. They assume him dead as well.
- He has a crisp, sea-faring accent - it never faded, despite his many years in Algora.
- Dion has a younger sister. He is unaware of their relation, much less of her existence.
