EDIT! (4/10/14) I darkened the pencils.
EDIT! (7/28/14) Okay so Molly actually had mirrored lenses implanted in her face. I read only a bit of Neuromancer when I first drew this, and from what I understood at the time was that she had augmented eyeballs..

The lighting on this is just beyond awesome! I especially adore the blades, and the texture inside her collar!
Ah, so that's why her eyes look so different. Later in the book it becomes more clear that her lenses cover her eyelids, so you can't tell if she's awake or not. But This is so badass looking, that I think most fans will forgive the blooper.

I think it would look great if you added some ink or darker pencil, because it's drawn like it's already inked, but it's so light!
