Ok Im really happy with thsi picture, i just finished like 10 minutes ago and wanted to share it with you guys, tell me what you think!Time: 1 1/2 hours
Program Used: photoshop elements 8
Tool Used: Wacom Bamboo Tablet

First, I would love to say that this is amazing. The anatomy is wonderful and I love the muzzle.
However, I would recommend that you work on making the markings blend in. Try to layer the black fur ontop of the blue, and the blue onto the black.
I'm not sure if the little white seeds (not sure what else to call them) are brushes or not, but it would look very nice if you placed the stems in different directions and moved the fuzzy parts a little. It would also look nice if you darkened the eyes and added less shine at the ends and more up at the pupil.
Other than so, it is a truely remarkable art and I am eager to see more of your fantastic work!
