I think it turned out pretty good, other than the fact that the bottom and the top got cut off.
But, I think you can still understand what's going on in the comic.
Rigby gets struck by lightning and it somehow gives him the ability to shrink things. He first shrinks a tree, then he realizes the mayhem he can cause and decides to shrink Mordecai.
