'Sweet' Bella at Spinner's End.
Bellatrix is the very cruel and arrogant cousin of Sirius. She is described as a very handsome woman (although the years in Azkaban has made her rather haggard-looking) with dark eyes, long black hair and strong jaws. She's a few years older than Sirius and should be in her mid-forties.

It wasn't easy to find stock that could make a good Spinner's End but I hope I managed ok with what I found.
(cobbled street, dilapidated brick-houses, boarded and broken windows)
...Spinner's End, over which the towering mill chimney seemed to hover like a giant admonitory finger.
...she reached the very last house, where a dim light glimmered through the curtains in a downstairs room
