Since I'm kind of slow, I'll say that this a-little-over-an-hour cover sketch is a quick sketch
I love this young X-man, Pixie. Always been fascinated with fairies/faeries. I'm not so hot about the new X-men title though. I still can't think of a good reason why Marvel had to jump into the vampire bandwagon, well, apart from selling millions to young adults.
Note to self: Should've fixed her left arm before inking. Oh well...

Hahahaha. Nah. I doubt. It seriously IS overdone. I miss the days when YA fiction wasn't synonymous with teen vampire romance. UGH.

i think this turned out pretty nicely. I can't be too mad about the vampire thing, what were they honestly going to transition into? hehe Dracula and the X-men have a history too so it's nice to bring that back and help bring blade into the forefront in marvel, he is a Mutant=] (p.s. I am so glad they brought Namor into the fold=])
