Pretty simple, but fantastically captured!

I really like the closeness and the way you've angled the camera. The way it's in monotone makes it more profound, in terms of the tone and atmosphere...

It feels a bit tight on the sides, but the depth of field is good and it's not badly executed overall.

Thank you.

I didn't really think about the sides, getting my camera angled right was hard enough (damn old books )

*sorry so late :<*

I have a different take on this pic. With almost a mirror like angle looking away from you as if lost with the definition of a photography, photographed in the photo above above. Takes on a sense of that old saying, that a picture is worth a thousand words. Then something caught my eye, either the artist did or didn't know, that on a sub-conscious level they, or dumb luck included a ancient verb "graphein" to make something, to heal, to measure, and to write. However, it is impossible to make an inanimate thing like a painting or photograph to speak by itself. It takes an artist to give it life, and a subject to give it voice. The only question I have to ask myself. Can I see the rest of the script? Bravo..

Thank you for sharing.
I did see it, but it was luck that it got into the photo, I was more concerned with trying to actually get the effect I wanted on the word.

I will try to get it out and take a picture of the page and upload it, send me a note to remind me if you'd still like to see it?

'Photography producing pictures by the light on a sensitive plate' How clever. Nice idea.

Thank you, I didn't even notice the words at first, I was just focusing on the one word, thank you for pointing that out
