I mean, you're fine to use them, I don't care. But...it's kinda ironic. It's a silent way of saying "You're horrible, but I like your opinions."

...Which kinda doesn't make sense. If you just find me slightly annoying but still like me, that's one thing. But if you hate me so much that you've blocked me, then why are you still using my stamps?
