I think I drew this picture right after I watched "The Breast Cancer Show Ever" where Wendy beat the shit out of Cartman. Love that episode and made me like Wendy a lot more then I had before.So why she looks so sad in this picture...I'm not sure.
I think I drew her at about thirteen here. I get that feeling...
