This could be a white tailed deer fawn (like bambi

I COULD be wrong, but I don't think so. Because the dears that are native here are white tail, and only the young ones have the spots, that wasn't a young deer

ah, it wasn't as young as i thought (i had looked at the horns, which though they seem young judging from size, you're quite right that the little chap is not a kiddie)
