Description
I wrote notes about this concept around the time he was released to the public LoL servers.

-Gnar's Q would be his Boogierang (which isn't the board he is surfing in the picture)
-Gnar's W doesn't change appearance wise
-Gnar's E is named "Cannonbahl!" to fit the theme

-Mini Gnar's recall would be him surfing on a wave and then jumping in the water when shouting "Cannonbahl!". When he cannonballs in the water during the teleport to base, he will emerge from the water once back in base.

-Mega Gnar's recall has him trying to build a sand castle, only for it to collapse and begins screaming, kicking sand, and then folding his arms and pouts til the recall ends.

-Mega Gnar's Q has him throwing an ice cooler.
-Mega Gnar's W, E, and R, don't change much, but shown visually, when performing the moves, that water or sand from the ground is being splashed around during his attacks.

Mega Gnar's tail isn't finalized, that was just a little sketch on the side.
