Stalker was made as an prototype self-charging robot. He can create electrical energy by himself, and his claws contain so much of it, they can kill an elephant just by one subtle touch. Stalker is very cold, with basically no empathy whatsoever. Sometimes when somebody annoys him, he does an spine-crushing electrical bear hug on him.
