This is Tinkle's character Ruby Rose Or at least I guess so. Thanks to this (see the very bottom to understand what I mean)
Well, I would be delighted if anyone could provide me better information about "Ruby Rose". There are only four pictures of her (or at least what I could find) [link] [link] (The other ones are above)

It's just a quick sketch, if you download it you'll see how poor the lineart is, especially the hair... Ugh...

HEhe... I've sketched it with a pencil, then instead of inking like I usually do, I scanned the sketched drawing and finished the lineart on SAI. I also painted on SAI. And yes, using a Wacom Bamboo Fun Small size.
