freehand ballpoint pen and sharpie on plain paper. (and some homemade textures for good measure)...maybe about 2 hours work.

The concept is somehow refreshing to me, really impressive. What really gets me is that you did this all in pen. I also love the little blood stains, shows a sense of gore. Brilliant Job.
