We're not due to get a lot of snow in Rochester; south and west of us are supposed to get clobbered.  Temps are expected to get down to 7F or so with winds gusting to 50mph.  Other areas in the midwest are getting hit a lot harder, but this is quite cold enough.  I've certainly been out and reasonably comfortable in much colder, but that was when I had all the appropriate gear for it.  Cross-country ski wax works really well at -40.
