Hey! Because you asked for a critique I will try to make one, haha. (I've never written a critique before, but here we go)
First off, I love the drawing, I already told you before that I really like the way you color. The head is done perfectly, I love the eyes and the hair.
Sometimes you have the tendency to make the heads a tad bit too flat on the top (so that the eyes are a bit too high), but you didn't do that here, and that's awesome! You can see the improvement e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
The arms are not both the same length, and I would make that a point of critique (I have the tendency to do that as well, haha). The right hand (left for her) is drawn inside out I'm afraid, but overall the hands look fine (since hands are hella tough to draw).
The chibi is really cute, yet simple, so for impact I gave 4 stars (maybe some background, or special effects).

(in my critique I mentioned that you sometimes make the heads a little flat, but I take that back. You haven't done that at all in your latest drawings!)
