Description
These two dinosaurs here are for this contest: fav.me/d73bd4n hosted by , which consisted of making a dragon-like fakemon based on your theme (an environment). I got "lake" and I thought: Instead of making a random water dragon and slapping in the dex entries that it lives in a lake, why not put the lake inside the fakemon? My mind is twisted. These two are also one of the fossil lines of my region Killing two birds with one stone!
Basin Fossil: A fossil which has a tiny crater in its center. The dark brown color inside it suggests the presence of water a long time ago.
Lagon - The Basin Pokemon
Name Origin: Deformation of 'Lagoon' (made to ressemble 'Dragon')
Type: Rock/Water
Ability: Rain Dish
Height: 5'08'' / 1.7 m
Weight: 271.2 lbs / 123.0 kg
Evolves to: Plesioch (Lvl 40)
Dex Entry: It swims near the surface of the water, its neck, head, and miniature lake entirely exposed. The fangs are used to capture prey easily, but Lagon does surprisingly no harm to any critter that resides in its basin.

Plesioch - The Lake Pokemon
Name Origin: Plesiosaurus+Loch (Lake in Scottish)
Type: Rock/Water
Ability: Rain Dish
Height: 8'11'' / 2.7 m
Weight: 503.0 lbs / 228.2 kg
Evolves from: Lagon (Lvl 40)
Dex Entry: Plesioch glide at frightful speeds in the water, expelling vapor forcefully from their blowhole and snapping prey in their path. When staying still, its back gives off the impression of a distant lake.
Potential Moves: Surf, Crunch, Super Fang, Muddy Water, Aqua Tail, Hydro Pump, Ice Fang, Ancient Power, Aqua Jet, Water Spout

This is a really original idea! Although it's kind of fun to imagine a trainer walking around with an entire fossilized lake in their bag. Either way, I love it!

they look awesome but i think they look a bit too same. maybe it might be better if you take away lagon's teeth
and it's very original ^^
