How do you play that, anyway? Just curious.

No critiques, I'm afraid, but I love it. No more rain stopping play, eh?

I've never really been into cricket, I like footy better, but as long as its not as boring as curling (which most people hate, but I love!) I would be willing to give it a shot. They don't show much cricket here even in Canada though....

*Has no clue what's going on* I'd say the closest I've come to Cricket is with Douglas Adams' HGTTG... Third book I believe. But of course I'm an American (Please don't flame, I'll do no harm ^^) so I have no clue about it.... There's a bat... a ball... and.... stuff. Please excuse my ignorance, but accept my comment.
I love the sweater, that is so neat! His smile is just great! And the umbrella is well detailed as well (Yes I have heard of the /wonderful/ weather there from a new transplant Englander who used to live here... we in Florida are seeing a bunch of rain at the moment as well... but the sun's still out when there are torrents of rain... strange indeed)

Haha, cute! XD I haven't really been exposed to cricket much... Unless you count Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy...
But anywho, I like this pic anyway. XD Very cute.

Lessee...If I remember my Hitchhiker's Guide correctly, the ashes are the remains of a burnt cricket stump symbolizing the death of English cricket in Australia or something like that, right?
Whatever it is, all I can say is, if I were killed by a robot what looked like that, all I'd be able to think as I died would be, "Why did I have to die at the hands of something what looks so stupid?"
No offense if you happen to be one of those people what likes cricket. Even you have to admit that outfit would be an embarassing one to have as your murderer. It's like it's saying, "I'm an even bigger twit than someone's little brother."

cricket has always been a mystery to me. I figure it's like baseball but with some severe rule-beating.

Looks like he's had the ball bounce off his bonce one too many times. I'm afraid I never understood cricket, but I love the detail of the umbrella. Let's just hope he doesn't get it confused with his bat...

Dude, as a baseball fan cricket has always seemed rather twilight zone to me, but YAY for the cool picture, and the Ashes as well.

Well we did learn it from someone....
Lol i heard the funniest thing on TV the other night. Was watching "House" (sarcastic doctor show) and one of his student doctors is Aussie, and the aussie guy made some comment and:
House: "...that must be an example of your british stiff-upper lip"
Aussie: "I'm not British, I'm Australian!"
House: "You put the Queen on your money, your british"
